The IKON Series is a modern take on the classic Knob & Shade luminaire, drawing inspiration from iconic forms while refining them into a contemporary family of fixtures. Defined by simple geometry and scaled specifically for pedestrian environments, the IKON is available in 2 sizes with distinctive Angled (IKA) or Dome (IKD) skirt options.

The series  gives designers the flexibility to shift the character of a space while maintaining a unified visual language across the entire project. From pathways and plazas to streetscapes and entrances, IKON is a complete exterior lighting family designed to carry one cohesive look throughout your site.

The IKON Series was designed with that philosophy in mind, offering a unified family of Pole Mounted, Pendant Mounted, Wall Mounted, and Bollard luminaires that work together seamlessly across an entire project.

From building entrances and walkways to plazas and parking areas, IKON carries one clean, modern design language throughout the site. With multiple mounting options and scaled sizes, the series makes it possible to specify one cohesive family of fixtures from the building to the street.

Outdoor lighting performance depends on more than just optics. Optical design, thermal management, and LED quality must work together to deliver long life, efficiency, reliable distribution, and consistent color performance. Proper thermal control also protects drivers and controls, helping maximize reliability over time.

IKON combines this performance with a rugged architectural grade housing and durable powder coat finish, creating a low maintenance luminaire built to perform night after night.

Every IKON fixture utilizes U.S. Architectural’s PLED® optical system, offering 10 distributions with optional house-side shielding. Dark Sky compliant with zero uplight (U0), the optics are field replaceable and rotatable for added flexibility.

The IKON Series offers a range of control options, including Button Photocells and 7-Pin Twist Lock Receptacles, helping improve energy savings, extend luminaire life, and support smarter lighting operation. Compatible with many of today’s outdoor lighting control systems, IKON can integrate everything from simple analog controls to wireless nodes and DALI-based systems. Sensors and control packages can be factory integrated to provide customizable solutions tailored to your project and how the space is used.
